You should have received a Getting Started Guide from RIF containing a new username and password. If you did not receive the new guide, you can still log in.

Follow these easy steps:

1. Click on “Forgot Your Password?” in the login box to the right.

2. Type in your e-mail address (that RIF has on file) and your txtPassword will be e-mailed to you.
